  I agree that the pastor does not have the greater interest of the community and the staff and congregation. He is more concerned about keeping his budget to fill is bloated salary. I did not have a good experience.

  This church has a pastor who reduces the salary of long time employees in order to give himself a raise. A raise to the $9000 per month that he is already paid. He has a daycare at which children are being babysat, not taught anything. They have some teachers who work hard and take very good care of the children and are concientious to be the best caregivers they can be. Some of these teachers were given free daycare for their children in order to retain them in their employ,
  Today they find out that they were given this under the pretention of having been awarded this financial discount by this pastor. LIE. The day care director Heather who has now quit and declared her intentions to destroy this daycare lied to the teachers and not once received approval for this from the pastor. Now the pastor is going to charge these teachers full price for the daycare of their children who by the way, they are taking care of themselves here. This means that he will essentially have people working for him for free. Just to make the almighty dollar.
  
  I don't think God would approve of this. BEWARE of taking your children to the HOLY CROSS LUTHERAN CHURCH CHILD CARE FACILITY. THEY LIE AND THEY CHEAT.
